Is it a wives tale, or is it true?

Will a thunderstorm bring on labor or make my water break because of the pressure changes? There's one brewing in my backyard. Maybe it's just wishful thinking! :lol

    • Crashing in from Jan. DDC (and I'm friends with TanyaS IRL). I thought about you during the storm yesterday, wondering if it made your water break. I've always heard that about changes in barometric pressure - especially in hurricanes. I guess it didn't work, huh?

    • :lol Nope. I thought last night was "it." I had some very strong contractions, a huge amount of pelvic pressure and couldn't get to sleep. I finally got to sleep and of course they stopped.
